The aim is help make this industry better and safer – psychologically, emotionally and physically safer – for all our people. Most organisations have a code of conduct. This is different. It’s not a legal document, but rather a promise we can make to ourselves and to each other. It is here to educate, enlighten and to open healthy conversations. It is for all of us.
